Terms and Conditions

1.Placing Orders
-Ordering can only be done online through Be Feminine Online Shopping. Simply click on the 0rdering Form.
-Upon receiving your order, an invoice will be sent out for your payment.
(Please pay only when you have received the invoice.)
-Each order will only be confirmed after payment for the item(s) selected is received.
(A confirmation email will be sent out to you)

**Note
Be Feminine Online Shopping shall not be responsible for any wrong entry from the order placed by Customer.

2. Payment Option
Option 1: Full payment for all item(s) ordered.
Option 2: Cash On Delivery (C.O.D.)

**Note
There will be no refund for cancellation of order.
Only Option 1 entitles you to discounts offered (at any time) on my website.

3. Payment method (Please pay only when you have received the invoice.)
A) By Bank Funds Transfer via:
UOB Uniplus savings a/c
POSB Savings a/c
CitiBank a/c

(Applicable to meet-ups and delivery via Singpost)

** IMPORTANT!
Please email us the details after payment is made:
- Invoice number
- Bank account number
- Transaction code of your payment.

B) Cash On Delivery
Customers to pay total amount when goods are delivered.

C) Payment Via Paypal
Customer will pay only upon receiving the email with invoice attached.

4. Delivery
The goods are expected to reach you within a week after the order is confirmed. It may take a longer time to ship out if item(s) is/are out of stock. Be Feminine will inform Customers should there be any changes. The items will be sent to Customer's address as adviced in the Order.

A) For Singapore addresses
The item(s) will be sent to Customer by SingPost Standard Mail.
(Postage to be paid by customers).
Postage is only based on apparel(s) weight, not including envelope, free gifts, etc.
All local postage charges will be waived off ONLY for purchases SG$50 and above.

B) For Overseas addresses
The mailing charges shall be adviced to Customer accordingly.
50% of total postage charges will be waived off ONLY for purchases SG$80 and above.

C) Meet-up venues (only MRT stations)
Any MRT stations that is not listed here, Customer has to bear my transport charges.
Yio Chu Kang, Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Braddell, Toa Payoh, Novena, Newton, Orchard, Dolby Ghaut, City Hall, Raffles City, Bugis, Lavender, Tanjong Pagar and Outram Park.

**Note
Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before ordering.

5. Availability of Stocks
All items are subject to availability upon time of purchase.
If payment was made and goods are out of stock, Customers will be informed via email. Within 2 days from the notification, Customers may either request for: - full refund via bank transfer or- selection of another item(s). The difference in price shall either be topped-up by or refunded to Customer.

Should there be no response from Customer after 2 days, Be Feminine shall transfer the Order amount back to Customer's bank account. Also, any updates to the availability status of the products will be posted on the website.

6. Refund Policy
Be Feminine Online Shopping has no return or refund policy.
This is because:-
- Quality of Goods Assurred
All goods are inspected thoroughly by me before sending out to customers.
- Information of product is displayed in best ability. Be Feminine Online Shopping does its best to display the colours and the measurements of the products as accurately as possible.
-BeFeminine will never cheat Customers, choosing normal mailing is at your own risk.

For Exchange:
You may only exchange for another apparel of the same price or higher. If you want to exchange for an apparel of a lower price, no refunds will be made.
Please ensure the apparel to be exchanged is in new condition, with tags.
Only meet up is available for such service.

**Note
Be Feminine Online Shopping reserves the right to change the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice. I shall not be liable for any form of liability during the course of transaction. All Customers must adhere to the above Terms & Conditions before making purchase.

7. Others
Customer's email add will be automatically stored in Be Feminine system for future updates. If you do not wish to receive updates from Be Feminine, please indicate in your order or email enquiry. Thank you.

8. Loyalty Scheme
Criteria
1. Customer must spend SG$100(accumulative) @ BeFeminine within 3months. OR
2. Accumulate 10 invoices within 6months to qualify.
3. In order for me to track, Customer will have to use the same address/email, as stated in the previous invoices/delivery forms.

How to enjoy privileges?
1. A Loyalty Code will be given to Customer. (With this code, Customer does not need to enter particulars again and again!)
2. Customer has to enter Loyalty Code into order form when making purchases.

Members' privileges
1. Loyalty gift is subject to changes and availability without notification.
2. Additional 10% member discount on top of items already discounted or entitled to normal customers' discounts. This is only applicable on the 1st and subsequent purchases upon obtaining Loyalty Code.

Dear Customers, with the new arrivals come with a Chinese New Year promotion.
For normal Customers, 20% off will be given for purchases SG$50 and above; 30% off will be given purchases SG$100 and above.

Pay by PAYPAL!

Great news to ALL customers. You can shop and pay with paypal. However, you will need to have a paypal account to do so. I have few international buyers who adviced that I should start using paypal, so that I can attract more buyers. One of my buyers, from Thailand even go all out to buy from me via Western Union Bank. I truly appreciate her effort and interest in my apparels.

Loyalty Award Scheme

This is possible with thanks to my loyal customers. They had came back to me again and again to purchase my apparels. Thus, I thought I should do something more visible to thank them. As long as my customer buys BeFeminine apparels amounting to SGD100 within 3 months(accumulative) or accumulate 10 invoices within 6months, they will automatically be in this scheme.

They can enjoy loyalty gifts, and extra 10% member discounts on top of those already been discounted, or discounts available to normal customers. Further details, please read up Terms and Conditon (8).
